Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, plus juice
- 1 Tbsp Knox gelatine
- 1 cup Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Boil sugar, crushed pineapple plus juice, and lemon juice together for 10 minutes. Soak Knox gelatine in orange juice. Dissolve it well; add to hot mixture. Cool. When it thickens, fold in whipped cream.
