Ingredients
- 5 ounces carrots, peeled
- 3-1/2 ounces celery
- 5 ounces apple, quartered
- 2-1/2 ounces non-fat Greek yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Pass carrots, celery and apples through a juicer to obtain about 3/4 cup of juice in total. Add yogurt to mixed juice and blend. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately
