Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 jar (6 oz.) caramel topping
- 1/2 gallon ice cream, softened (any flavor ice cream can be used)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients, stir in melted butter. Spread in thin layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and crumble. Pat half of crumbs in a 9" x 13" pan. Spoon caramel over crumbs. Spread on softened ice cream. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares.
