Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs. ground beef

  • 1/3

    cup beer (anything full-bodied)

  • 1 1/4

    tbsp worcestershire sauce

  • Shot of whiskey (Jack Daniels!!)

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. onion powder

  • 1 1/4

    tsp. salt

  • 1 1/4

    tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all measured ingredients in a bowl, mix until evenly combined. Shape into 8 patties. Grill on preheated grill 5-8 minutes per side to your liking. *Tip: It's very easy to make perfectly round patties. Roll the meat into a ball with your hands then flatten into a circular shape using the inner circle of a dessert-sized plate to round it off. This will not only make everything look nice, but it makes it easier to grill evenly.
