Asparagus - Roasted 'Garlic & Wht. Wine

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp & 1 tbsp White Wine
  • 1 cup Asparagus - cut diagonally
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350°
2 Tear off 6 Lrg. pieces of Foil. Divide Garlic, Olive Oil, Wine, Asparagus, & Thyme & arrange on each piece of foil.
3 Fold & Seal. Place on baking sheet & roast for 20 to 25 min.
