Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (raw)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (raw)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried apricot (unsulphured, chopped)
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate (optional) or 1/4 cup carob chips (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour everything into a large container, cover and shake!
2 Store in an air tight container. Place in the fridge/freezer to retain the properties of the essential fatty acids.
