Ingredients

  • A:
  • 5 1/2 c flour
  • 1 c Oats (quick)
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • B:
  • 2 1/4 c water
  • 1/2 c molasses
  • 1 TBS butter
  • C:
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 TBS dried onion
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 TBS seseme seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Combine group A, set aside

Combine group B in a saucepan. Heat to 120-130'. Combine with flour mixture. Grease bowl. Add dough and cover for 45 minutes until double.

Press into pan 9x13. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.

Brush egg over dough. Sprinkle dried seasonings over dough.

Bake 350' for 30-35 minutes.
