Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 droppers full vanilla or plain liquid stevia
- optional topping: Dairy Free Whipped Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together.
Let mixture set for 10 minutes.
Pour evenly into serving glasses.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
