Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 droppers full vanilla or plain liquid stevia
  • optional topping: Dairy Free Whipped Cream

Preparation

Step 1



Combine all ingredients together.

Let mixture set for 10 minutes.

Pour evenly into serving glasses.

Refrigerate overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
