Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 4 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro (bunch sizes vary . . . I say about 1 cup chopped)
- 1 can green chiles
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cups rice (I use brown basmati I buy in bulk from Good Earth)

Preparation
Step 1
Blend cilantro and green chiles together in food processor or blender. Pour into saucepan with all other ingredients and stir. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer until done.
