Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth, or place in a bowl and blend with a immersion bender. To make by
hand, put eggs in a bowl and beat, then beat in other ingredients until
smooth.
2. Generously grease 12 pop-over cups, ramekins(custard cups), or muffin
tins. Divide batter among them. (For muffin tins, fill 3/4 full.) Bake
for 25 minutes(Do not open the oven door.)
3. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until
golden.
4. If desired, cut slits in pop-overs just before serving to allow steam
to escape.
