Ingredients

  • 4 quarts tomatoes, (cored and skinned), (blend tomatoes in a blender)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 4 small cans tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook all ingredients, except tomato paste, for 1 hour, uncovered. Add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.. Put in jars and seal.
