Sushi-Style Vegetable Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1/4 cup thin red pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup thin matchlike cucumber sticks

Preparation

Step 1

SPREAD ham with cream cheese; top with rice, spreading to within 1/4 inch of edges.

PLACE vegetables at one short end of each ham slice; roll up tightly.

CUT each into 5 slices.
