Ingredients

  • Brown and drain:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 medium onions
  • Add:
  • 46 oz. can tomato juice
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 3 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 cans kidney beans

Preparation

Step 1

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Lower temperature and simmer for 1 hour.
