Ingredients
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1 box (4 serv) pistachio instant pudding mix
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup dry-roasted salted pistachio nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix cookie mix, pudding mix and flour in bowl. Stir in melted butter and eggs until soft dough forms. Add pistachios and cranberried, blend well.
2. Using small cookie scoop, drop dough 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fingers to slightly flatten.
3. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes then transfer to wire rack.
