Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup current jelly
  • 1 can pitted Bing cherries
  • 1 Tbsp orange rind
  • 1 /2 cup Brandy
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice crea

Preparation

Step 1

Melt jelly in chafig dish or fondue pot. Add cherries and rind. Heat slowly until cimmering. Add Brandy - do not stir and ignite. Serve flaming over ice cream.
