Ingredients
- 3/4 cup current jelly
- 1 can pitted Bing cherries
- 1 Tbsp orange rind
- 1 /2 cup Brandy
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice crea
Preparation
Step 1
Melt jelly in chafig dish or fondue pot. Add cherries and rind. Heat slowly until cimmering. Add Brandy - do not stir and ignite. Serve flaming over ice cream.
