Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside. Beat shortening, sugar and brown sugar together. Add egg and beat until mixed well. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture. Form dough in small balls with hands. Flatted the balls by making criss crosses across the top with a fork.
Bake on 35° for 8-10 minutes.
