Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 4 to 6 pounds spareribs or country ribs
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup beer or white soda
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Combine sauce ingredients. Place ribs on rack in hot cookwell. Brush sauce on ribs and baste every 30 minutes during roasting. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Ribs may be held at 300 degrees until ready to serve.
