Orleans Gourmet Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/4 pound pork sausage
  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Form the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking pan.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature is 160 F.
