Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 16 oz. crab meat
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- 1 t. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. seafood seasoning (Old Bay’s)
- 1/2 t. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the crab and bread crumbs.
2. Add crab to the mixture.
3. Fold bread crumbs in gently.
4. Form mixture into desired size crab cakes by hand.
6. Pan fry in oil and butter.
