Ingredients
- 1 32 oz package frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups, 8 oz, shredded cheddar Ritz cracker topping-crushed with melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together, except Ritz, and put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Add cracker topping. Bake at 350° for 50 min.
