ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz) peach sliced, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Preparation

Step 1

In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice for 2 minutes. Add sour cream; mix well. Spoon over fruit; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
