Mini Cinnamon Rolls

  • GLAZE:
  • 1 pkg.refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. apple juice or milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Spread each rectangle evenly with butter. Combine sugar, cinnamon and raisins; sprinkle over rectangles. Roll up each rectangle from the short end; seal seam. Cut each roll into 5 slices.

Place slices, cut side down, in ungreased mini baker. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Mix glass ingredients. Drizzle over top of warm rolls. Serve warm.
