Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped mushroom
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup pearl onions
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
1. steam celery and carrots in microwave
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
3. Pour chicken mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish
4. Cover w/ pie crust, cut slits in pie crust and bake until crust is golden brown and sauce is bubbling.
