Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp. baking cocoa
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chips
- 3 c. rice krispies
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla, and salt. Spread into greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. or till brownies done. Cool. Spread marshmallow creme over cooled brownies. In small saucepan (I use double boiler), melt peanut butter, chocolate chips over low heat; stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow creme layer. Chill before cutting. Store in fridge.
