Chicken - Sweet & Tangy

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-1/2 to 3-1/2 lb.) chicken, cutup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1-3/4 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup bottled Russian dressing
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup pineapple preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange chicken in 2 quart oblong glass baking dish. In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion soup mix, dressing and preserves. Pour over chicken.

Convection bake t 350 F. for 40 to 45 minutes.
