Personal Chef Salad with Roast beef, Turkey and cheddar (Ham optional)

Ingredients
- Meats are Boars Head
- 4-6 leaves - Artesian Romain lettuce
- 1/8 lb - Roast Beef (rare) - thinly sliced
- 1/8 lb - Roast Turkey - thick sliced
- 2 oz - Tillamook Vintage Extra Sharp white cheddar (aged > 2 yrs)
- or
- 2 oz - Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar
- Salt and cracked pepper to taste
- Optional - 2 oz Boiled Ham
- Dressing
- 4-6 oz Italien Dressing - See Italien dressing in cookbook under Sauces
Preparation
Step 1
Coarse slice the Romaine, add to large bowl
Coarsely rip apart the meats and add to bowl
Slice cheese or if vintage, crumble into bowl
Add salt, and pepper
Add dressing, toss and enjoy.
