Ingredients

  • 4 lb first cut brisket
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 package onion soup

Preparation

Step 1

Slice onions and put on bottom of the pan. Place brisket on top, fat side up over onions. Make sauce- mix brown sugar, ketchup, and onion soup. Cover brisket. Bake at 175 for 13 to 15 hours for 4 pounds. Until brisket stuck with a fork is soft.
