Mozzarella Pesto Wonton Rolls
A twist on a mozzarella roll, these are made with pesto and wonton wrappers and baked, not fried!

Ingredients
- A block of Mozzarella cheese, cut into 48 cubes
- A jar of pesto
- Wonton wrappers

**TIPS**
- Place the wonton wrappers in a diamond shape from your perspective.
- Use a bit of the oil from the pesto to close the wrappers.
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place a cube of cheese onto the wrapper, then dollop a small amount of pesto on top of the cheese. Use some of the oil to seal it. Fold the wrapper: Right corner, left corner, then top corner.
3. Place on an aluminum foil covered baking sheet and put in the freezer for 15 minutes. This will help them from melting all over the place.
4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until corners a slightly browned. Once baked, place them on a paper towel lined plate to drain some of the excess oil.
