Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup of red grapes; sliced
  • 1 oz sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • sate and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Toast almonds in oven at 375 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Prepare and combine all other ingredients. Add almonds and serve on croissants.
