Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled, divided
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 Tbs. Yellow Mustard
- 2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Cup Iceburg Lettuce, shredded
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside 3/4 cup bacon. In a large bowl combine remaining bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, sour cream, mayonnaise, seasonings and mustard. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Spoon chopped tomatoes, lettuce and remaining bacon over hot dip. Serve immediately with bread rounds, Melba rounds, crackers or chips.
