Ingredients

  • lb. Bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled, divided

  • 2

    Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

  • 2

    (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese

  • ½

    Cup Sour Cream

  • ¼

    Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1

    Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • ½

    tsp. Italian Seasoning

  • ½

    tsp. Garlic powder

  • 1

    Tbs. Yellow Mustard

  • 2

    Cups Chopped Tomatoes

  • Cup Iceburg Lettuce, shredded

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside 3/4 cup bacon. In a large bowl combine remaining bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, sour cream, mayonnaise, seasonings and mustard. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Spoon chopped tomatoes, lettuce and remaining bacon over hot dip. Serve immediately with bread rounds, Melba rounds, crackers or chips.
