Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 2 (6 oz.) packages wild and long-grain converted rice mix with seasoning packets
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1 can condensed broccoli cheese soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 lb. processed cheese spread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
