Chicken and Rice (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 (6 oz.) packages wild and long-grain converted rice mix with seasoning packets
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can condensed broccoli cheese soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 lb. processed cheese spread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in slow cooker, mix well, and cook on low for six hours.
