Easy Chicken Tetrazzini by Karen

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can mushrooms (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Partially cook noodles; drain well. Mix noodles, soup, milk, cheddar cheese, 4 oz. mozzarella and mushrooms. Put in 9x13 glass pan; top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
