Mexican Casserole by Janey

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef
  • 8 1/2 oz. tortilla chips
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1-2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onion and drain. Mix soup and Rotel. Then mix with ground beef. Crush chips slightly and put in 2 quart casserole. Layer chips, meat, cheese, chips, meat, cheese, chips topped with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
