Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup rice flour
  • 3/4 cup soy flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

By hand blend butter, sugars, egg and vanilla until creamy.
In a seperate bowl blend flours, baking soda, and salt. Combine both bowls and mix well. Add chocolate ships and mix. Roll into balls.
Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet
