Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 1 T tarragon vinegar
  • 1 T lime juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lime
  • 2 green onions, green and white parts roughly chopped
  • 1/2 c chopped cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree on high for about 1 minute; pour into container and refrigerate for 2hrs or up to 3 days. This is best served cold.
