ICE CREAM STRAWBERRY

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, Mashed or pureed (1 cup)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring (optional)
  • 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except whipped cream, beat well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9x5" loaf pan or other container, cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
