Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb butter (half margarine)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 lb brown sugar
  • 3 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups ground walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter and cream cheese. Slowly add flour. Place in refrigerator while you make the filling.

Filling:
Beat the eggs. Add brown sugar, butter, vanilla and walnuts.

Take dough from refrigerator and form into balls, (about the size of a small walnut). Press into a greased mini muffin pan. Fill with filling. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
