Ingredients
- 1 Cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 3/4 Cup salad oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups sifted flour
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder (not in original recipe)
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Cup raw, grated carrot
- 1/2 Cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bananas, sugar, oil & eggs. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold dry ingredients into batter. Stir in carrots & nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 350° 6-55 to 60 minutes.
Cool, wrap & set overnight before cutting.
