Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prehead waffle iron.
2. Sift dry ingredients, set aside.
3. Beat eggs well with mixer.
4. Add oil and milk; beat well.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix with beater. Batter should be thick.
6. Spray with PAM to your waffle iron.
7. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

Note: If there is too much left over, they are good frozen for up to 2 months. Just reheat and serve.
