3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cups flour
oil

Step 1

Put about 1 tsp. oil in each muffin tin cup. Heat in 400 degree oven until smoking.

Beat eggs, add salt and milk. Add flour. Beat.

Put batter in hot muffin tins(About 1/3 full) Put in 400 degree oven until risen and cooked thru - about 15 minutes
