Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (32oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese (cut into small pieces)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 325° for 1 ½ - 2 hrs.
