  • 1 # Broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Ritz Crackers-crushed
  • 2 T Butter for dotting

Preparation

Step 1

-Broccoli needs to be steamed or defrosted and drained depending on type you're using.
-In separate bowl, mix together eggs, soup, mayonnaise and cheese.
-Lightly butter baking dish.
-Stir broccoli into cream mixture.
-Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter.
-Bake at 350* for 45 min.
