Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 Cups of Pasta or 1 1/2 Cups of Rice (optional)
  • 1 Tbs Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Pouch (9 oz) Campbell's Skillet Sauces Marsala

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet over Medium-High heat.

Add Chicken and cook until browned

Stir in Campbell's Skillet Sauces Marsala and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Cook Pasta or rice according to package directions.

serve over cooked Pasta or Rice (optional).
