Fluffernutter Nutella Banana Bread
When it comes to gift giving at Christmas, I’d say 90% of what I give is something I make. Sure, we buy gifts too, but I don’t know what to buy the neighbors’ best friends’ sister’s garbage man.
I love to make cookies, obviously. I mean cookies are to Christmas is as pie is to Thanksgiving.
They’re nonstick, already greased. They just peel off! And yes, that’s marshmallow fluff you see peeking out. IT didn’t even stick. They’re oven and freezer safe, and can go right onto your oven rack, or on a cookie sheet!
Marshmallow Fluff. Nutella. Peanut Butter Banana.
I thought, hmmm. I wonder if I could swirl some fluff into the center? And maybe some Nutella? I asked the internets, and
Seriously. One stop gift giving. Now, if only they made paper bowls and mixers and stuff. Then I’d never have to do dishes!
paper bakeware. You want some of your own. Well…come back tomorrow. I’m showing you what else you can make with them…and giving some away!

7 tablespoons sour milk (To make sour milk: adding 1 teaspoon white vinegar to the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.)
1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff, warmed
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray three small loaf pans (disposable are even better!) with cooking spray.
Mix oil, peanut butter, and sugar in a large bowl with a stand mixer (or a hand mixer is fine too).
Add the bananas, eggs, sour milk, and baking soda to the peanut butter mixture. Beat until combined.
Slowly mix in flour, beating just until combined. Try not to overmix!
Place about 3/4 cup of batter in the bottom of each pan and spread to fill. Place the Nutella and Fluff in separate bowls and warm for a few seconds in the microwave, until it’s spreadable. Drop spoonfuls of the Nutella and Fluff on top of the batter in each loaf. Then spread the rest of the batter evenly on top (about 1/4 cup per loaf).
Place pans on a cookie sheet (in case the fluff spills over!) and bake for about 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with only the slightest crumb attached. (I cooked it for about 24 minutes and the bottom was too done.)
