Ingredients
- 1 - 15oz Can black beans
- 1 1/2 c frozen corn – thawed
- 3 ripe tomatoes diced
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbs lemon juice
- dash salt/pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw corn. Drain and rinse beans and combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Serve as salad or salsa.
