Ingredients
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained and juice reserved
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) tub Cool Whip
- 2 1/2 cups whole red seedless grapes
- 4 whole large red apples, diced, not peeled

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, beat the eggs. Add the juice from the can of pineapple and the orange juice. Stir the cornstarch into the sugar, and add to the saucepan. Cook until thick.
Cool completely, then stir in the Cool Whip, pineapple tidbits, grapes, and apples. Mix and chill well.
