Ingredients
- Crust:
- Yields: 10 servings
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup pretzel or graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chocolate malt powder (Ovaltine)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Stir ingredients well. Pat in bottom of 9” springform pan.
Filling:
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Blend in sweetened condensed milk. Add other ingredients and beat thoroughly. Pour into crust.
Bake in 300 degree oven for 65 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Coo, then chill.
