Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar (use quality vinegar)
- 1 small squirt dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp each of Thyme, Basil and Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake until well mixed.
You can refrigerate up to a week. Bring back to room temperature before re-using.
