MEXICAN HOMINY ( Ivan Tite )

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 large can hominy
  • 2 ) 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 ) 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 ) 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 5 ) 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 6 ) 1 can chili salsa
  • 7 ) salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onions & celery until tender and drain. Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
